A Head Full of Dreams is the 7th studio album from British rock band Coldplay . The album will be released by Parlophone and Atlantic Records . The album will be the band's second album which will be released in North America by the Atlantic , after Coldplay transfer of Capitol Records America in 2013.

The band has been working on A Head Full of Dreams since the summer of 2014 when they were memrpomosikan their 6th album , Ghost Stories. In an interview with Jo Whiley on BBC in December 2014 , bassist Guy Berryman and guitarist Jonny Buckland gives an indication of perbedangan between A Head Full of Dreams and its predecessors . Buckland called it "night and day " , comparing the style of Ghost Stories theme in the spirit of A Head Full of Dreams . Vocalist Chris Martin hinted style of this album by saying that the band was trying to make seuatu colorful and vibrant . He also said that this would be something that would " move your feet " . On 26 September 2015 , Coldplay play a new song , probably derived from the new album , called " Amazing Day " at the Global Citizen Festival 2015 in New York City .
